PA 11 Security focuses its work on 7 Actions which are implemented through numerous projects:

1.      Security offensive - Enhancing police cooperation with the aim of improving security and tackling serious and organised crime in the EUSDR countries and strengthening the efforts against terrorism threats

2.      Promoting strategic long-term cooperation between law enforcement actors along the Danube river by enhanced networking

3.      Improving the systems of border control, document inspection management and cooperation on consular related issues in the Danube Region

4.      Promoting the rule of law and the fight corruption

5.      Setting up a structure of Danube River Forum

6.      Joint work with Priority Area 1a "Mobility: Waterways"

7.      Implementation of a Ministerial Conference every 3 years

·       Combating Cybercrime in the Danube Region – Law Enforcement 2.0 (Baden-Württemberg)

·      Countering Trafficking in Persons (SELEC)

·      Cooperation Southeast – Danube Region (Bavaria)

·      Illicit Trafficking of Firearms in the Danube Region (Slovenia)

·      Strengthening of information cycle management in fight against the organized crime and illegal migration for increasing the European security (Romania)

·      Cybersecurity in Danube Region (The Czech Republic)
