The PA  Energy defines six key areas, namely electricity and gas markets, security of supply, energy infrastructure, power generation, renewable energy and energy efficiency, in which concrete projects need to be further developed to achieve the objectives and indicators defined in the Action Plan.

Exemplary flagship projects are

•      Baltflex - Development of flexibility services for energy market. The project's goal is to tackle the electricity flexibility market development issues regionally and to create an effectively operating energy market with flexibility services.

•      CO-ENERGY - Establishment and operation of cooperatives to generate energy.

•      Baltic InteGrid is aiming to contribute to sustainable local electricity generation, further integration of the regional electricity market and enhancing security of supply around the Baltic Sea.
